If you could make any game you wanted, what'd
it be?
Something dark and frightening. Along the lines
of AVP in terms of Atmosphere and Mood but with story and plot elements.
A non-restrictive game, where you are free to be the good guy or alternatively
the most evil, sick little puppy you are too afraid to admit is inside
you.
What are a few of your favourite games?
Sam and Max, X-wing, Tex Murphy Series, Zelda
series, AVP |

If you could make any game you wanted, what'd it be?
Well, we did Tactics and that was something I wanted to do. I would now like to do a MMORPG and have put a lot of effort and M$ in getting MF to develop the technology to do it. I would like to develop a futuristic world, a cross between Blade Runner, The Fifth Element and a book by Stephen Perretti called 'This Present Darkness'. Try figuring that one out :) (BTW I understand Stephen Spielberg has bought the rights to the book). I cannot go into the game too much because I want to make it and I dont want anyone else doing it before me ! |

What do you think will happen to computer games in years to come?
They will continue to become more complicated. Programming and Art teams will grow in size as consumers expect more and more content.
Online gaming will become more commonplace among casual gamers, and story driven single player games will remain popular.
Unfortunately the industry will continue moving toward pleasing the masses, as sales, bugdets and other pressures rise. |

If you could make any game you wanted, what'd it be?
A game designed to test all skill aspects such as; reflexes, strategy, memory, teamwork, etc. Also has random chaotic situations as in real life. I'd also like to see story and player/character developement play a more crucial role to gameplay than just background story. Oh and it must be fun too. |
