Fallout needs a whip as a weapon. You should also be able to pick up chairs and throw them, or clubber someone with them.
It'd be very cool if, when you have 9+ STR, you could pluck trees from the ground and use them as clubs, or maybe rip out the lamp poles, fire hydrants, stop signs, doors, and toilets and throw them at people.
Also, you should be able to kick dust in people's faces, or pick up a handful of sand and throw it, too.
Or what about picking someone by their feet, then swirl 'em and throw 'em at the wide-eyed opponents???
"Ask About" button should be replaced by "Rape" button.
Maybe you could slap people with your penis, too. For 5 damage...
