I am from Czech Republic and my name is BigTom. I started to work on my new Campaign for Fallout Tactics called Fallout: Legion of Empire And I would like to announce it on your web site with some photos. I am registered there like Big Tom.
I am sending you also some shots from the testing.

Hi all player of Fallout series

I am from Czech Republic and my name is BigTom.
I started quite late to work with Fallout Tactics Editor: Reason is simply, Fallout is generally the Best Game all of the time (I think you agree). And why I started now? Simply this is one of the ways how to cut time since Fallout 3 released and that's why I started to work on my new Campaign for Fallout Tactics called Fallout: Legion of Empire.
The game will be probably same size like Fallout Tactics (we will see).
Adventure and journey for the hero-ine will start 10 years past Fallout 2. Be accurate spring of the 2252 Year.
I am going also translate this campaign to English, but unfortunately I haven't UK version of the game. And this is basic problem of translation, because in our country is not in the shop yet. Only Czech version. I can translate text from game which I created, but there are even texts from original game (a lot of) but in the Czech. Maybe someone can send me English copy of it with 1,27 patched.
At this moment I have done 6 maps and 4 in progress. I mean this fully playable wit quests and story line.

Because I am a married man, I have not enough time on creation maps and other stuff. And because I am still searching for the best maps, if someone have your own maps (or useful sprites) I will be very glad to get it and try to put it into the game. Maybe you started to work on your own project and from some reasons you can't finished it - and this is your opportunity to finish it. Send me it and your name will be in the credit of Game.
In this connection I couldn't't find OnTheBonce and no one know where he is or what happened with him (iac it is strange). If somebody know his new address just send me it on my e-mail. I hope that he is OK.

Now I am already past start of creation my campaign and now I have other 10 men from Czech Republic for helping my with new maps and language correction and I also have gun expert on advises. And also some maps I get permission from 7 chronically known mappers.
The new sprits now creating exclusively for as: Xbow (thanks)

BigTom Creative Entertainment introduce Names of his team (some 19 people):
Bugard, Narg, Ramses IV, Necromancker, Perla, j.a.v.o.r., Ridix, Mike, pesus, George.
Names of Mappers from the world:
Max Violence, Radman2307, LazeruS, Ninjamonkey, DJ McLaughlin, UltimateMarine, Madd Dogg,
Names of Creators of Sprites:
Xbow, Jordansg, Requiem for a Strufy, OnTheBonce

Unfortunately I haven't any web pages maybe I will find some good heard, which create it for us.

I wish you best of luck and don't give up colleague if you started to do something for Fallout

BigTom

I think Mr. Tea time did a good job in announcing BigToms project and how in the hell can anyone determine what interests YOU! FYI FOT and Fallout1 are DIFFERENT games of a DIFFERENT GENRE and COMMON SENSE should tell you that it will be like an FOT campaign.
Teatime does good job all the time, no question about that.

However, that FOT is different from F does not imply that anything new someone does with FOT will be more like FOT than like F. It depends on the author's intentions and the degree of changes he makes to FOT - he could as well make something more resembling F, at least in some respects (eg. "Awaken", I guess - haven't played it).
I was pretty tired when I was writing that previous post. Sometimes people at these boards like to summarise stuff with one or two witty, elegant lines, so I was hoping maybe someone was feeling like helping me out with such. No need to rush with irritation anyway  ;)

I think the goal of every mod maker is to make something better out of FOT than it is. In retrospect i could have been nicer so ill edit the post I made. Perhaps it would be good to have a standard report on the nature of a mod with things like ..increased RPG value. Its too bad that asshole Herve Caen eliminated the FOT2 project, it was going to be closer to an RPG and have better missions. :ashamed:

thanks for a kind reply. If you like FOT and you're longing for a more RPG-ish spin to it, perhaps you should try this:
http://www.kam.pl/~thecrow/awaken/index_ang.html

I guess it's pretty good (here meaning "professional"), since it was even included in the special Polish edition of FO + FO2 + FOT + bonus stuff on DVD (unfuckingfurtunatelly all translated into Polish, and I don't have a DVD drive)

You might be also intersted in this http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4322[/url]
