I screwed up and I need drugs! [fallout 1]

Ok. Faqs say. "blah blah blah, talk to Jake, talk about rads... etc" I forgot and now Vance doesn't want anything to do with me! Furthermore. That sawed-off piece of crap who runs the general store by the library in the hub is overpriced!

Is there any way I can still work my way into Vance's good graces so I can buy some Radaway and Rad-X?

I usually just clicked the barter button when I talked with him , I would had acess to all his drugs this way. If you still can acess the diologue screen , you still can purchase all the drugs you want.
