I heard (ok read whatever) that you can ask Duppo for the password if you have a high gambling skill.

If you have a high enough gambling skill, ask Duppo about a way to make some quick cash and you get the password after paying him. Or do as you did by using the crowbar.

whatever your gambling skill as long as you pay him enough, he will give you the password...
