Let's have playable races in FO3

Since Bethesda decided to make Fallout 3, we figured we might as well have a forum about it.

playable race in FO, brilliant idea.. like KOTOR combine with FO.. i think that only increase feature not make this game become KOTOR game.. i think this will be good..
