Damn, I've had this idea on the back burner for a while. I walked into this thread hoping someone else went through the trouble, but you're all lazy fucks.

It hasn't been done yet because Diablo II is a dated, poorly balanced piece of shit and a Fallout mod for it wouldn't look or play any better than Fallout itself.
