Is there an enventory editor for fallout tactics?

I was wondering if there was a program like the character editor for fallout tactics where you could edit your players inventory item cause the game really never gives you enough ammo for the mini gun.

not that i know of. just wait til the vindicator (i think) minigun. it uses the abundant 7.62 or whatever that ammo is.

It does inferior damage due to the time at which you get it and the low penetration of 7.62, ya gotta be really close to have it of any real use
