Is there ANYTHING then Wasteland HL that is a decent mod outthere that actualy works and has some gameplay at all?

Wicked took 7 weeks for a reply. I don't have BF42, don't like it. The other mod looks cool tho', but is it a mod? I can't seem to find if it uses a present game / engine or not...
