Can someone tell me exactly what the difficulty settings change and by how much? Resistance, and HP for enemies (I think)?

I read the manual. I didn't see it in there. I might have just missed but I'm usually pretty good about finding what I want in books (if they actually contain what I want).

I pretty sure I saw it posted somewhere online before I just can't remember where.

The difficulty is simply based on how good your skills are. So 100% on easy is pretty good, 100% on hard means you can do that skill, just not that well.

It seems to regulate your enemies exp levels or whatever - but they shot much (MUCH) better and their shots get more lethal on higher difficulty levels.

Your skills stays the same i think, or at least i didn't notice any changes on that point.

Now your skill stays the same if their armor class goes up, cuz they are harder to hit, i just think difficulty messes with your skill levels

And, the harder it is, the more fun you have.

Wish list. increased difficulty = MORE baddies with smarter AI.

It actually makes for a different game altogether. And of course the increase in exp is cool too.

Eg, on easy setting, a random encounter with baby deathclaws will have 5 of them charging your hummer. On insane, lets have 12 of em'. now for that alone, I'll play the game at insane.

I hate it when increased difficulty simply means that your skill rolls become harder.
