I keep trying to fool around with my exgirlfriend but it's obvious she isn't interested anymore. I'm still incredibly in love with her, mostly because I'm a sap. Despite her telling me that our split had nothing to do with me, we all know that it has to have something to do with me or we would still be together. The breakup was her isdea by the way.
We have been eachother's good friends for a few years and now that we are not together she still wants to be good friends but every time I see her I instinctively become aroused and try to have my way with her. SHe refuses my advances and I become angry and frustrated. If I ever saw her with another guy I don't think I could ever get over it. My heart is really fucking broken and despite all of my best best efforts, it seems impossible to win her back.
I have never felt so helpless and although there have been times before when we have separated and gotten back together, I fear that now she may be growing away from me. Since our breakup, I have also been turned down by two other girls and have lost all confidence in myself. I wish I wasn't such a hopeless romantic.
What should I do DAC? I know it is stupid to ask the opinion of some people on a fansite whom I've never met, but in some way just summing the situation up here and getting it out for anyone to read helps me feel a teeny bit better. Dreadnaught, you are now free to mock me.

Jealous ex-girlfriends.
The most horrid foul demons, ever witnessed by mankind. They sacrifice everything to ruin your new relationship. They attack you and your new girlfriend with insults, embarassing bullshit, knives, ninjas and sms.
An example:
Y.J.X. (your jealoux eX) finds out you're going out on your own (coz your new GF can't go out for some reason). So you grab some mates and go clubbing.
She will go to the same place, but avoid you, so people see you and her in the same club at the same night.
The next day they write you fuckloads of messages on your phone so your girlfriend gets suspicious and she wants to see who wrote the messages, of course she gets pissed of, because it's Y.J.X.!
So she reads the first message:
"I loved the time we spend together last night. Dancing with you after such a long time, was so good... I felt so safe near you"
"I know you probably should have gone home after dropping me off, but I just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed what happened last night"
"Why are you not answering me?"
"Are you still dating that slut? Is that why you're not answering me?"
"I know you still love me"
Of course such hoax sms only make your new girlfriend go mental. Crying, threats that she'll break up, etc.
You'll need some hard evidence that you didn't cheat on her.
Best thing is when some of your new GF's friends are around. They can convince her of your innocence.
Also, get a gun, a hunting knife and black plastic bags. Just in case.
So you see, your situation ain't that bad. I mean, you can always solve it with violence. Vengence rocks.

in all seriousness you should complain to your friends a lot about how unhappy you are. they will give you some useless blanket advice (disregard) but you will feel better once you have made your feelings external or whatever. if you run out of friends because they get sick of your obsessive brooding, then talk to strangers on the internet or something, it will be just as effective because it doesn't matter who you're talking to here. the complaining method works wonders, i swear
