So I was playing FO2 again and bothered to beat it this time and after I beat it I get the end movie and all that jazz, but when the game tries to tell me the results I get nada. Just pictures in the background and thats it.
They also go by fairly quicky (Like after 5 seconds) and I thought Pearlmen talked about it abit more.
The only other glitch (if I wanna call it that) I've had may be related. When on the world map, things go super fast for traveling. Could this be related? Anyway to fix it so I can atleast hear what I got for an ending?

Try switching compatibility modes, turn off sound acceleration, reinstall the game... in that order. That's all I can think of right now.

If during the game the sound effects interrupt or stop playing at all, then you might want to try reducing/disabling sound acceleration. One place you can do that is:
Start > Run
Type in DXDIAG and then switch to the Sound tab.
In the middle of that window is a slider that you can use to adjust your sound acceleration. Try lowering it or setting it to 'None' and playing and see if that fixes it.
Once you're done playing, you should put your sound acceleration back up to Full.
Naturally, make sure your sound drivers are current as well for whatever sound card you have
