What have you guys always wanted to be when you were little or what do you wish you could be right now?

I wish i was an action movie star or director. It would be rockin. I would get all the hot pussy and have to make hard decisions and look awesome.

I've wanted to be a teacher since I first started school. I've wanted to be a famous serial killer since I first started school. One goal accomplished.

yeah, yeah, we've all seen south park. anyhows, I always wanted to be a paper-shuffler of some sort. just doing something tedeous and meaningless, and drinking coffee all day. maybe an IRS officer or something.

I saw Indiana Jones when I was young and wanted to be an archeologist. Then I was crushed when I found out archeologists don't get to dig up dinosaurs (fortunately I found out later that digging up dinosaurs sucks because you just point at bones and give them stupid Latin names). Then I wanted to be an astronomer, but I gave that up for whatever reason. Now I'm in engineering and I cry myself to sleep every night.

I always wanted to be a famous writer....then I realized that doesn't happen to real people. So I started studying Political Science and English, so I will be the next Churchill.

I do not dream of such things. To dream, too intangible. Unrealised. To strive, far more efficient.

I intend to accelerate the demise of humanity. Also, amusement. To this path, I was torn between studying biomedicine and so on, focusing on virology/immunology et al, or going into politics. The latter would likely have been easier, yet at a great cost to self.

So I learn. Prepare and wait. Though with a nod to certain amusing trends, I won't be waiting long.

Which is nice.

I wanted to be a policeman like my dad, then I wanted to dig up dinosaurs or to be an archeologist. Like a lot of kids, I also wanted to be a superhero.

I wanted to be an archeologist when I was little as well, and then I learned there were no more nazis and it'd probably be illegal for me to have a little chinese person as my sidekick. So I opted to be a detective by day and Iron Man by night.
