Looks pretty freakin' sweet. The controller looks a little wierd, though. And I've read there are going to be multiple versions (one with a hard drive, one for multimedia that hooks up to your computer, one with backward compatibility, etc.). There's going to be some sort of official unveiling on MTV sometime soon, as well.
