I said on gamespot forums this.

You should have played Fallout 1 first. Than Fallout 2 would be even 10 times better.

And i got this answer.

I have played Fallout 1, and beat it. I own them both, though I didn't play Fallout 1 very long as it was very short. I got to the Mutant Master in L.A, and told him when the vault was and that was it.

I played Fallout 1 first (demo, then retail) and I found Fallout 2 rather disappointing in comparison.

The Fallout 1 demo was amazingly fun, I must have played it a hundred times, waiting for the game to be released on Mac.

It seems that our good friend Haris does not have a very good grasp of the English language. I believe what he is trying to say is there is a individual who posts on the Gamespot forums who says that he thought Fallout was weak because of the ending he picked. The one he seemed to pick was the one where you tell the Master the location of your Vault and he sends his army to ruin the Vault's shit. Said poster on the Gamespot forums does not know that there are multiple endings, that particular one being less favorable than say, killing the Master and blowing up the Military Base.

So tell me Haris, is that what you were trying to say?

Yea if you point it out in that way it loses all the fun. And apperenly most people that posted in this thread have not played Fallout 1 to get what i wrote.

Actually, I really need to get around to playing through FO1. I've replayed F2 an insane amount of times and know only a little less about it than masters like Per, but I've never played the first...

I have a friend that honestly says he hates fallout cause he got killed by the rats in the cave and never wanted to play it again.
