I kinda missed all the fuzz for some time, now trying to catch up.

about that portrait of mine, it's sleek for what it is, but funnily it's based on a photo taken with a shitty cellphone camera which deformed my face a tiny bit. Also the flash didn't do any good to the pic. Anyhow, all the portraits just rock and roll.

The whole flash thing is easy, tweens are easy, frame per frame is easy, masked layers are easy. It's just a big fucking chunk of work whatever the hell you want to do, always.

Last time I used Flash, it took me about 6 hours to make a little video where the only thing that moved on the character were the eyes and mouth...Had it synced to a Buddy Holly song. After that, I promptly got rid of Flash.

use "autodesk animator" instead. Worked for me. Well ok it was about 13 or more years ago, but still..
