ya i suck.. vertibird plans help =(

i keep trying to get the vertibird plans from neverro... any idea on how i can get them? i cant convince the guy next to the locker to let me have them he wants me to go get plans from who ever sent me there.. this is my first runthrough of fa2 any help would be appricated

edit 1:going to try and super stim him to death he doesnt have that many hps... i hope this doesnt mess up things in the base

Well, for future reference.

Talk to quincy. Talk to the scientist in one of buildings about where to get the plans from. Then go tell the mechanic that Quincy wants the plans, and he should let you.
