The article is just chock full of stupid, and as predicted, it seems that Interplay put it under the BIS label so they could cash in on that name. After all, the people at/were at BIS pretty much don't matter to them anymore, so naturally they would use the effort BIS put into building up that reputation and shove it into the dirt.
Anyone want to call shenanigans on Interplay for fraud?

Hm... funnily, I've seen people who have no idea what Fallout is, actually like this game. They have no intent to get any of the previous games, because they're not available on consoles, but they have been introduced to the (flawed) Fallout world by FoBos.
I even noticed one respectable magazine gave it 78/100 points.

Then, when they check out Fallout on PC because they liked BOS, they can go "wha the fuh is this shit yo" and go back to killing acid-shooting radscorpions via their akimbo deagles.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
