Nokia N.Gage
Nokia N.Gage
Are you getting one? Anybody here played Tactics Ogre or Final Fantasy Tactics? If you did, I think a "Tactics Ogre" type game on the N.Gage that's set in the Fallout Universe and has mainly gun combat, classes, and melee and unarmed thrown into the mix would be great. It could actually be a good "Fallout Tactics" game for the uncleansed masses.

It's worse than gameboy, believe me. Nokia knows all there is to know about showbusiness (they have the biggest, baddest and most expensive commercials I've ever seen), but recently they've shown symptoms of having totally forgotten what it's like to make mobile phones.. Pfft, it's not worth the 300, don't even think about it.

Well Guardian I should rephrase that, I think hand held gaming things are good for kids ages 18 and lower, but when you get a little older you're usually on trips for either business or family events which means you will either be driving or spending time with family.
I also associated mobile phone with adults, but when I see kids that are 15 year olds talking on them I think otherwise.

Yeah I have a cell phone, but I only use if I need a ride home from school or something, I hardly ever use it. Practically everyone in my school has a cell phone that has some really stupid ring tone and it just makes me want to punch them in the face.
Handhelds are good for study hall and long trips to a place you don't even want to go to.

If you're saying that's the only time it's used then well.. no. Just because it's handheld doesn't mean you only use it when you're away from home or something, it just means you don't have to be sitting in front of your computer or in front of the TV to use. Think of it like a book, those are handheld, but you don't use them *only* when you go on a business or family trip now do you? (well for some people that may be true...)Hammer wrote:Well Guardian I should rephrase that, I think hand held gaming things are good for kids ages 18 and lower, but when you get a little older you're usually on trips for either business or family events which means you will either be driving or spending time with family.

I hear you on that one... kids at age 10 are running around here with their cell-phones, SMS'ing every two minutes in class....Hammer wrote: I also associated mobile phone with adults, but when I see kids that are 15 year olds talking on them I think otherwise.
Where did they get one? Their mommy of course! For protective reasons!
ffs...
I loathe the idea of having the "opportunity" of being disturbed no matter where the fuck I go. I closed down my subscription because I was constantly bothered by all kinds of people.
To keep it on-topic, I remember my GB-days as good, playing Zelda: Link's Awakening was awesome at that time...
I doubt that Nokia can come up with anything good though..
