Do you get attached to squad-mates in games?

I couldn't care about my squadmates much. Sure I don't like to let them go, but that's just because they're another resource like ammunition. If they need to be expended for whatever reason, then so be it. No big dealio.

Oh, i totally hate games like Evil Dead: FFoB where the ncps you save wont even talk to you, and might not even move! In that case, yeah, frag 'em!

I do tend to think AI needs to be smarter, in R6 the damn squaddies kept getting nailed by terrorists with jennings pistols from 100 yards away.

I just tended to put them in big groups wearing heavy armour and make them run through the level with auto-shotguns. Though me and eddie price stuck together, we were blood brothers ya see.
