What--Hammer, drink Canadian beer? It's better, sure, but are you trying to make him angrier?

Also, hating JE won't help anything. I still think he can make a good game. The combat may suffer, but it could also still be good and we know nothing of setting or story details yet. I'm going to wait for JE to announce the jetpack-wearing superintelligent ballerina deathclaws with mohawks before I throw bricks through his window.

Well thanks to everybody who liked the comics. I can't really add much that hasn't been said, mainly I didn't write the thing. The thread I used is gone now from some massive wipe over at Interplay. Mr. Teatime started the discussion, and all the panels are from a single reply by J.E. Sawyer, except the last one, where somebody implies he's a fruit. Or the closest I could find. Instead he "takes Fallout into a whole new world of fruit." That's an insult, right? I don't think Sawyer meant the post to target anybody but the *many* people who were complaining.

Anyway, I agree with everything you said there in your first post here, Exitium. In the fruit thread (that's gone now) somebody mentioned X-Com Apocalypse, where they added real time, BUT YOU COULD STILL HAVE TURN BASED! And it was awful, both modes. So yeah, I agree. If you want my opinion, Interplay's milking the name to generate sales, and they want to milk it harder to be a hit like Diablo. So little gears going in heads, "Well, we'll just make a Diablo game with Fallout stuff in it!" Why does every strategy game have to be Dune 2 and every RPG have to be Diablo? Got me man, I just thought it would be easy to draw.

I found how these guys looked from Google Image.
