I concur

Dingo probably the best job to get which doesn't depend on how you look is a construction laborer. Just as long as you show up and are willing to put in some hard physical labor you can get paid pretty well.

I think Dingo is pretty weedy?
It pays well though,yeah, and makes you a SURVIVALIST so you can hunt deers with your bare hands.

I never remembered anybody in Fallout contributing to the building of a multi-story office complex, but I digress...

Construction sounds good to me, but the back-breaking factor is pretty huge, so no.

My dad did construction-type stuff and ruined his back before he was 30. Not something I really want to do.

I have a really kick ass internship lined up for me after high school (Yes, I get paid too) at a graphics design firm in Dallas called Focus2. They are the people responsible for the Wolfeinstein logo and all of the cover art and advertisement (i.e. German chick in tight leather with a pistol).

Pretty sweet-ass logo, if you ask me. Who knows, maybe I'll get to take part in, or at least watch the creation of the Doom 3 cover art.

I'm also considering taking up beta testing. There's a local game company (creators of Bloodrayne, vampire chick that kills Nazis) and a friend of mine beta tested there and has a level design job lined up.

Busboy
Restaurant expediter
Golf course maintenance worker
Substitute teacher

Last year I took a break from studies and worked full-time in AmeriCorps.

Just study and store more knowledge, even if it`s not the things they try to teach you at school.

Then in a few years look back and ask yourself what YOU want to do, not what you will do.
