Yes... it has finally happened, I've gone on a diet which actually seems to be working..!

I was wondering wether any of you have tried this method:

for 5 days, I've eaten nothing containing carbonhydrates, with the result of my body burning away the ones that are in my body.

I'm only allowed to drink water(Mineral, plain, bubbly and/or with lime-taste), and eat meat, fish, eggs & bacon, and normal green salat.

After these five days, I've gone down from 103kg, to 96(those of you who don't understand kg, I weighed 206lbs, and I'm down to 192lbs), a weightloss of 7 kg in 4 days. Tomorrow I'll see the results from today.

The next five days I'll continue on with 10 grams of carbonhydrate a day, then 20, then 30 and so forth...


If anyone can contribute with some more advice, or want to ask more about the diet, then please do! And wish me luck, I'm not stopping until I reach 85kg.

Ah, but what happens when you get to the 1000th day and your at 2000 grams of carbohydrates. huh, what then?!

Assuming your diet takes that long.

Hmm, i wonder if my weight is 'proportionate' to my height, ratio wise. According to the scale (a faulty electronic instrument, which undubitably has a standard deviation to some degree) i weigh 70 kg (140 lbs?). My height is 6'2''.

Okay that was my right-wing comment for the day. I need to close weight to, but mostly I need to get up and do anything, I don't eat a whole lot, I just don't get rid of what I do have, but damn, 14 pounds in a week? I need that.

THe protein diet, which smiley is using has been used by lots of people, with most of them being a success. Though if you do it wrong, you could blow up.

Funny, since there's also a carbon-hydrate diet, because CH's make you feel stuffed as well... so that's a diet in itself as well =/
Though if you do it wrong, you could blow up.
You mean if I suddenly quit it, then the weight I've reduced is an amount of both muscle and fat, and if I begin eating unhealthy again, I'll only gain the fat, right?

darn. I burn fat real quick. But my diet is extremely healthy, i confine myself to fish and other relatively healthy stuff.

Also try running, or fitness. If you run 3 days a week for 20-40 minutes you burn fat AND change fat into muscle! Your condition gets better (you burn more throughout the day, including watching the TV sitting on the couch).

Your heartbeat is 20% lower then a person who doesnt run. A person who runs 5-7 days a week has a lower rate of 40%. Your chances on vain and heart malfunctions decreases with another 50%.

I do jog once on a while. Sporadically i have to admit much to my discomfort. Im gonna run tonight however!! yes!!!!!

I ride my bike to school every day, that's 15km each way. I consider 30 km of cycling a day except weekends to be enough exercise..!
