I've always had good experience with folks from the Baltics. (Finland, Sweeden, Estonia, around that neighbourhood.) The women are fairly hot compared to Canadian standards and the language group (Finish-Urik?) is fairly easy to learn, so communication problems are small. (At least for me.)

Actually during Vietnam we pulled out because of the media coverage. When the american people saw what war was really like and thought "why are we sending our boys over there to die" they no longer backed the war. When the war lost the backing of the american people the government decided to pull out.

But on the topic of Finland, sure they've done some nice things but so has almost every other country.
