They're ok. Some of them look a bit "sketchy" (fuk mi, I suck in English) but otherwise they're ok.

Oh and sometimes heads/hands/weapons look like too small/large compared to the rest of the body/equipment.

not too shabby for a doodle.. the guy in environmental armor looks like a dummy with a rope tied around his neck more than an actual badass person though.
