Ghoul armour was just torso and shoulder pads in FOT was'nt it?

If you really want em ghouly looking, you could get some of those plastic zombie undead models from Warhammer and add armour from their either from other models or green stuff, depends on your laziness factor.

You could scan them. Just place the models on your scanner -face down- and cover it with a white towl/sheet for maximal contrast.

I'm done! _Woohoo! And I've just written five pages of their story- another 30 or so and it should be done...

I'll post it as fan-fic sometime, when I remember to put it on a disette, etc. As for the camera, I might be able to borrow one soon, my own ( a REALLY cheap POS doesn't like taking pics inside and outside the sunsglare on the metal finish makes the all look like littel bright spots... d'oh! anyways, the armie's done, wih a skimmer, 25 men and a chaplain. I've also added a TRaorback with a dual las-cannon (painted in the same style as the laser-rifle in Fallout, of course!) that looks not quite as rusted as the skimmer.... You'll see whywhen you read th story. Finally, I just bought my first plasma-cannon Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â´guy and fur scouts with laser-rifles. I'll have to search the games for some BOS guys that resemble them before I painbt them... Purple or sand-colored robes, wjhat do you guys think? Or maybe I should just fling i nd paint them lue like the BOS...

Purple robes? That's the Children of the Cathedral. Although it would be a good idea to have some CoC in the super mutant army. Good luck finding a Master miniature, though...

The Elders had blue robes but the scribes were a reddy-brown colour.

Yeah, the scribe-color is what I thinkj I'm going for. However, I have another problem: I can color the bolters to look like like 10mm SMG's, the boltguns to look like 10mm pistols, etc, but their sniper-rifles look nothing like the ones in Falllout... So now I'm wondering whether I should try to modify the models, or put it into my story as to why they look so different...

Oh, and finally, my story is taking form, the first chapter is done. I'm posting it in the fan-fic forum in half an hour, that's when I can get to an online-PC with a discette drive..

My minitures were those 'cheap" British sets of Highlanders and Red Coats, and HO scale plastic sets of 50. Rules were "real" enough to encourage enfilades of lines, opened by bloody and effective advances in column; and, or, WW2, taking out the tanks/artillary, and mg's before exposing the troops. Unless it was too close to dinner and the battle had to be resolved in under 15 minutes.

Holy Chaos Gate!

I found my copy of "WH 40k : Chaos Gate" , published in 1998!

The first attempt died in the typical Window-ws crash and burn.

Took time to find the patch, and I don't remember why the patch was necessary. Plays fine on ol' socket 7 PC's with 'current' video/sound card, and DX 8/Win 98.

Genre established then, cut scenes, taunts, over done movie score, turn based(!?!) , iron-person save feature. Most of the AI was kamakazi, so the AI campers are still a surprise. God damned Chaos Snipers! Killed my plebe librarian! WHHHAAAA!!

Nephew liked to watch the blue and red "robots' fight in '98 so I videoed some of the 'action". Bundled it with game and movie trailers and it must have been a hit. Put down the PS2 to try it for himself last week, 5
years later and Final Fantasy 10,and he still remembered, ""The Emporer orders you to DIE"".

Oh, turn based didn't stop 'im. In case you Mark'eateers are lurking.......
