Arcanum engine?

Why not make a fallout total conversion to arcanum, now that we can change almost everything in the game?

I have allready tried the editors and it is possible to make a real Fallout game to arcanum, allthough not 100% identical to three previous.

Using IanOut would be easier, it is designed for Fallout
