Mine was originally "Sirgalahadholygrail"
But when yahoo screwed me I had to change my name (so I substituted "wizard" for "holygrail" - because merlin was a wizard and was associated with the knights who did the holy grail quest).

I came up with "sirgalahadholygrail" (sheesh, sounds like the name of some minor deity) off the top of my head - I wasnt thinking of monty python, I was going down the list of knights in the mac beth arthurian legend and sirgalahad seemed to be the most original one (holygrail came after that because I had to find something that the knights had in common).

Yossarian is the main character in Joseph Heller's "Catch 22" and a role model to me since I first read the book as a callow youth. He is also randy, lazy, clever and funny as hell.

I choose my nick because I like the idea that the young Bishop boy who's gonna rule New Reno and be an explorer like his father.

I don't really care about it all that much, but I like Slider better than Slide. Just personal preference I guess.

I changed mine from Killian because the jokes were really getting lame (i.e. hey..killian...i killed you in fallout/helped you in fallout/saved junktown for your lazy ass/robbed your store and shot you BAHAHaH i'm clever!)

That plus the fact I've been listening to too much Danzig era misfits lately.

Killzig... just like the ring it has.
