The Bioshock Series

Post by TheKingofVault14 »

Has anyone here at DAC played all the games? And if so, what are thoughts? Plus how would you rank them?

:?

Also, I heard that there's supposedly a new game being worked on by a studio called Cloud Chamber, but so far sadly nothing's been announced as of late.

I tried the 1st one but it seemed like some sneaky survival horror type shit so I stopped playing. I enjoyed infinite? infinity? a lot though because it had lots of sunshine and nice magic spells and a decent story for a video game I guess

Bioshock games? Overrated. Flashy, but lack depth. Like a polished turd—shiny but still crap. Give me grit and challenge over this mainstream fluff any day.

Bioshock was one of the first non-Valve games I had on my steam account. I remember liking it but I never played any of the other ones. Infinity looked bad after I saw all the shit they cut out of it, so I never bothered. At the end of the day the series will always be inferior to System Shock.

I enjoyed the first one, but it's not something I've gone back to. I've not played any of the sequels. My son seems to enjoy them, but he doesn't like FO1 or FO2, so his taste in games isn't something to take seriously.

They’re alright. I liked em. The later installments like to smell their own farts, plot wise, but I had fun playing them.

Heh heh yeah, I 100% agree with this statement. They're fun games, but the story especially Infinite's storyline, is flipping insane & stupid. The execution of it anyway
