FO4 by BIS

hey everybody
maybe i have too many time but i'm searching info around the web about - never unreleased - Fallout 4 by BIS (yep)
i know that there is not too many things about this game but im trying to collect them as much as i can and sum it up
what i know for now is that:
1) FO4 would have take place in the Kansas and locations around

2) caesar's legion would have be FO4's equivalent of Enclave or Master's Army

3) there would be probably location called "Robot City" to the east of Denver (it's not on the Van Buren's map, we can't see it becuse map is ending there & i think it would continue the ODYSSEUS's thread from Van Buren)

4.1) "legendary cyclones that rage for most of the months of the year" & "radioactive dust storms subside for the season" - what's that mean? i think it means that, in Fallout 4, for the first time we could have something like a weather conditions from which would depents, for example, if we can go to that region on the map or not

4.2) "In California, it is said that there are miles wide twisters in the Midwest, and that the place is one big radioactive dustbowl." (John Cassidy's [FO2] dialogue)
