Looks like the recent spam bot waves were multiple accounts from the same IP addresses. I banned the IP addresses, deleted the accounts, and also deleted some email domains that people don't use but the spambots do. Hopefully it will improve things.

You can block whole domains? I was entirely unaware of that. Been blocking one by one, but I haven't checked in for two weeks. How many accrued since then?

Just put a * in front of the @, makes it so no one can use those email addresses. What worries me is it looks like we might have to block gmail.
