Darkfall mod -- buggy?

Has anyone been able to successfully play the mod called Darkfall

I have tried multiple times and things just don't seem to work right for me. There are several quests which should get completed, but do not. I've looked at the script triggers via the FT Tools program, and cannot figure out what is going wrong. I'll admit that I'm a novice with respect to all of the features of those scripts, but it certainly seems that something is buggy.

One example has to do with the Hummer. Police chief asks me to repair. Script says that a 50% repair skill should work -- but nothing happens.
