It'll be something like that:
If they reach 10.000.000 = price of each game will be 1$
If they don't reach 10.000.000 of pre-orders = every 1$ will go to the charity organization, and if you pre-order game, you can buy game for 33.80, not for 34.80(if I good remember the price).
