Meh, legos are pointless. Unless you mean legos as in slingshot ammo. That 2x3x2 piece is a real rocket.

The Lego Batman stuff seems to be a mixed concoction of Batman: the Animated Series and Adam West-era Batman. Fun to screw around with, though; the parts are getting more complicated
Also, has anyone else noticed the rise of the two generic lego alternatives? MEGA BLOKS is pretty old now, been seeing it every once in a while, but they apparently own the rights to a couple big things, including Halo and Iron Man. Because of that, there are Halo legomen/elites and shit and I know this because they're selling shitty little kits at Walgreens. The other, which I can't recall the name of, is basically skipping the idea of fantasy all together and is producing lego kits of US military stuff. I recall seeing a kit for an Apache gunship and an Abrahams Tank.
Remember those days when legoman laser guns were megaphones with clear red studs on the end? This company is basically not caring anymore and the legomen are armed with little plastic MP5s and Colt M1911s. Very Team America moment |

I know but I imagine they're pretty popular amongst thirteen year-olds. Maybe not as much as before.
And it's pretty depressing that every blockbuster comes with some sort of LEGO set. Kids should be using there imaginations instead of just buying the new Batman Island playset. |

They make Spongebob Squarepants Lego sets for the kids with no imagination who then go and play Call of Duty instead and somewhere in Sweden an autistic man is crying and loading up Minecraft |
