I sure there were but I'm also fairly sure that those that did did not directly and/or rigidly essentiate it within the plot. It would have to demonstrate the code (and only the code) with symbolism and allegory.

Dogma was a good movie. I found it fitting that the guy who played Azrael was also a scientologist. Talk about man's greatest enemy, eh?
