He's become a bit of a pop scientist, has a show on the science channel about the pluasability of science fiction tropes, such as lightsabers, invisibility and faster then light travel.

If I were to judge that individual solely based on that show, I could only conclude he is a fuckhead of the highest possible caliber.

You'd be surprised how much of America is ignorant of what reasonably-intelligent people deem as "common knowledge" science
