[ Film & TV -> Update ] - More info on Film & TV: Mad Max 4

Here's the word from Dark Horizons:

The Australian reports that filming on "Mad Max: Fury Road" has been postponed from its initial start date in November until February next year.

Production company Kennedy Miller Mitchell would not confirm or deny the postponement and reasons for it are unknown, though best estimates tie back into the reported decision to film not one but two 'Max' films causing issues with both the script and casting.

The report comes as New Zealand FX house Weta have <a href="http://www.wetanz.com/weta-to-work-on-m ... officially confirmed their involvement in the project.

Meanwhile Inside Film scored a quote from director George Miller who confirms the film be shot with real 3D and Miller himself is "working on new 3D advancements" for the production.

Would be interesting to see what Weta produces for the set. Their stuff tends to (visually) be fairly nice looking, but I'm not sure what they've done post-apoc wise.

HEY.. that sounds like a great idea. Ill definitely wantto watch Max in 3D... if its any good.. ill have to wait for people to complain or rejoice. ... thats too bad that is so far into the future... its like : who cares .

because the actaully movie is probably not going to come out until AFTER 2012.. and we'll all be dead by then. Amirite?
