Yeah, well (Jahwe?), the pic was one of the first screenshots released and it circled around the web quite frantically before FO3 was out. It was actually the first screenie I saw. And seeing it was one of those moments when I had a short flash-back of the times when Bethesda bought the rights to Fallout and guys were making fun of it as in 'KEWL 3D MINIGUN PARTICLE FX!!' and then realized how those jokes were no longer funny and sarcastic, but sad and true

So to put it shortly: it was the pinnacle of pre-FO3 release disappointments.
