Pete Hines on upcoming OXM podcast

Post by King of Creation »

[ Game -> Update ] - More info on Person: Pete Hines | More info on Company: Obsidian Entertainment | More info on Game: Fallout: New Vegas

We missed this one, but it looks like OXM was looking for questions to ask Pete Hines for its upcoming Fallout: New Vegas issue related podcast. They were asking for questions via twitter, but since DAC wasn't following OXM at the time we had no idea.

Regardless, Pete Hines is in London right now, presumably going over Fallout: New Vegas stuff with the England based OXM crew. It's really disappointing that Pete Hines is the one OXM is interviewing for this podcast, rather than the developers. Gaming PR is really getting out of hand with the scope of what they do nowadays. Everyone would much rather hear things from the mouths of the developers, rather than some PR guy.

Anyways, let's all hope that Fallout: New Vegas isn't the disappointment that Fallout 3 turned out to be.

Spotted @ No Mutants Allowed

There's a sliver of hope, but hope is often the first step on the road to disappointment.

Oh well, on to Mass Effect 2.

I would think that Obsidian has more clout in the RPG world than Bethesda.... so wouldn't they want to advertise that?... eh, whatevs. It is OXM magazine so the shit they decide to spew out to folks ain't meant to be taken too seriously.

Not among console players, who are the target audience here.
