State of Interplay's Fallout MMO "PV13"

Post by King of Creation »

[ Game -> Update ] - More info on Company: Interplay | More info on Game: Fallout: Online | More info on Game: Project V13

On the heels of Interplay's annoucemnet for a Stonekeep game for the Wii (sigh), Interplay investor Orionquest has teased us with info gleaned from the preliminary injunction transcripts:

As far as the Fallout MMO is concerned, per the court transcripts, there are at least 8 people at Interplay working on it and at least 20 people at Masthead working on it until they get more people once Masthead is done on their MMO + Masthead was the one who initially contacted Interplay about providing workers for Interplay.

That's as much information I am willing to spill tonight.

There's a lot more where that came from if my sources are correct.

KoC, with statements like "That's as much information I am willing to spill tonight." it's obvious the dude wants to use his position to be some sort of internet forum rockstar/hungers for attention. You gratuitously sucking his dick by making a news post about an inconsequential forum post he made doesn't help anything.

I understand how you can come to misconstrue my words but that is not why I made the statement "That's as much information I am willing to spill tonight."

It has to do with a promise I made not to disclose all the information all at once due to the value of said information and no its value is not to be an Internet forum rockstar that hungers for attention.

That is a pathetic and pointless state of being that cannot be monetized but you don't have to believe anything I say because the truth sets me free. I am glad you brought up the issue though so I can clarify it.

I'd like to clarify that I'm happy you're willing to share the information. My post mainly came out due to frustration with KoC doing stupid stuff like DAC Facebook and Twitter and making news posts every time Pete Hines takes a dump.

He's taken a dump recently? I didn't know.

PS Twitter is great. Much better than blogging, because it forces you, and everyone else using the platform, to get to the point.
