Fallout Tactics Multiplayer

I am having problems playing Fallout Tactics online. I don't know if it is because no one plays it anymore or if it because I don't know how to set it up to play. I was wondering if anyone can help me with this.

Truth be told... Fallout Tactics deserves a sequel now. It really does.
