I'm sure none of this blitzkrieg of a lawsuit has anything to do with the financial success that was F3? Bethesda just *waiting* to jump on any other way to capitalize on their only real source of revenue besides Bland-ivion, The Mediocre Scrolls.

I just posted this as news but I didn't see this thread. I thought it was pretty funny what Interplay did but it paid off for them I guess with the games hitting the top ten. I'm surprised Bethesda didn't act sooner, probably waiting for Interplay to get enough sales so Pete Hines could steal the money and make the suit worth wild.

Pooper you should do a post about Fallen Earth the new MMO. Post apoc, has mutants and.. well more stuff. But is one of the first good if not only good post apoc mmos out there.

I haven't forgotten, fair fellow; I'm trying to spread enlightenment through recognition. Suffice to say, it's a problem when even I have to step in.

I mean... everything he's said thus far has basically been... just... garbage. Literally NO redeeming value whatsoever. I mean, I know I'm a douche and that my positive contribution to DaC is minimal at best, but still... the guy is just an utter waste of space. The volume his existence takes up would be better off as storage of spoons.
