[ Game -> Article ] - More info on Game: Fallout 3

Tim Steinmetz stopped by and let us know about an interesting little web app that could help you out in Fallout 3:

Hi there :)

My good friend Dan aka Logix, has conjured up a web based application for helping fellow Fallout 3 players save the environment, but not having to use pen and paper to figure out those damn passwords ;)

Eh, what's the point? You can just reboot the computer terminal after 3 failed attempts and try again. The minigame is no challenge.

Yeah. Either figure it out in 3, or just keep selecting the first three options until you get it.

This has to be the most useless application on Earth. Only one question remains: how come the Japanese did not come up with this first?

Because they were busy making and "testing" the next generation of RealDolls:

edit:
somebody edited my post

it was a link to a pic, not a pic

and it was pretty obviously something to do with realdolls from the context

oh well

I find the minigame really hard but I suck at word puzzle type things. It might also be because I don't feel like spending too much time on them.

4 attempts is just not enough for me. I think few days ago when I was playing I restarted at like 3 about 5 times and still couldn't get it heh.

To maximize your experience points, you can unlock a safe first and then hack the computer. Or first disable a turret and destroy it afterwards. :double xp:

On the other hand, there's really no point in maximizing your character's xp, because you'll hit the level cap quite early in the game anyway. I even took the swift learner perk 3 times in the beginning. tard

Yeah, I did twice myself. Kind of an unexpected setback when I came to the realization that I wasn't getting any higher after twenty.

I never needed paper. The words are all right there. Just compare them until you narrow it down to the answer. Right on down the list...
