[ Community -> Article ] - More info on Community: Glowing Grounds

Senor Deluxe dropped by and let me know about his new site Glowing Grounds, where he intends to release a piece of his post apoc art work every week. There's currently two pieces up at the moment, but more to come as the weeks role by, aiming mainly for every Sunday.

So go check it out here.

Thanks again to Senor Deluxe for the heads up

Very good, but it took a while to figure out that the you need to press the zoom button to see color images. icon_chew

Just uploaded this weeks image (#4) TRADING POST...

Pretty obvious where inspiration on this one came from, I guess.

Really like the trading post one you just put up. How long did it take you to do these?

Thanks, Stainless!
Kind of hard to say how long it took me to complete one single image. Ive worked on the images only in the evenings after work and sometimes on weekends. Maybe one hour a day for several months.
But Ive reworked every single image several times, adding details, changing and refining textures, tweaking composition and so on. However I really gained speed in the end, so if Id do it again Id certainly need significantly less time.
