It's about that time... yes, Red's updated his swanky Red!Viewer again! New features, as described by the author himself:
Basically the latest version (since the last version you reported) adds TGA export for all game formats, and DirectX 8 rendering support for Fallout FRM and Arcanum ART, along with the usual bugfixes. Oh, and it adds the Anti-Aliasing support for FRM and ART too.
