Look at this! A Holy Hand-grenade of Antioch patch for Fallout 2! Brilliant. SeaWolf, an ex-member of the famed TeamX mod group, has released this patch on <a href="http://www.fallout.ru">Fallout.ru</a> which... well, I'll let them explain (translation provided by the beautiful ApTyp - thanks champ!)<blockquote><em>Which one of you honestly ever found Holy Grenade of Antioch? Just as I thought - nobody. Know why? Because, thanks to SeaWolf's research, there was a bug in the coding of Holy Meeting 2 encounter (something to do with wrong variables)! But now anyone - with a bit of patience and good old luck - can find it. The patch also raises the probability of this encounter up to 3% (remember that you have to meet the knights of King Arthur first).</em></blockquote>It's all so very exciting, isn't it? Oh yey. It isn't exactly a bug... IE: they didnt' want you to reach the second part because it wasn't really finished.

When I even cheated to get the grenade I never used it.

Good job ...the person who did this

May we see future patches in the future opening up more stuff? Or fixing broken quests or something?

I couldn't get it to work... the file was a TXT instead of a DAT... wtf?

yeah, normal, it's all you need to "fix" the bug, change a txt file...

Put it in the data directory of Fallout 2.
