Yeah, that encounter's in fallout.
An interesting thing I found out, although probably impossible, it seems that if you get into the brain extraction room and try to have your brain extracted, you'll get +1 Int.
Any ideas? Maybe a low Science skill and Myron (or SkyNet I guess since I beleive Science is his skill too) could trigger this?
