you can`t. Bethesda is aiming for a M rating, not a P rating. I recommend you Bioshock, the perfect game for your needs.

no, but some prostitutes will look as ugly as mutants on your low-cheap-ass PC, so this leads to another answer, the game will cost you: 2000 $ (including hardware upgrades and Windows Vista), you want to see that nice looking booty in dat thong with da 4x antialising, dont you?

@childkilling: never said that, they are still undecided, but somebody will complain about that, so they have to remove it, but making it easy to add by a mod.
