Is it supposed to be a Fallout 3 FAQ or a "discussion surrounding Fallout 3 FAQ"?

It looks more like the latter now

It's both, really (as in, it started with me being fed up with answering the "mutants in the East Coast?" "are they really sterile?" "shouldn't they all be dead by now?" questions over and over again) . Those are frequently asked questions, even if the answers are from the Fallout canon and not from FO3 info.
