Meh, I hope that graphics won't be the only strong point of this game. Seriously, Starcraft had the most enjoyable RTS gameplay. Ever. Once you get to know it was so simple, yet so complicated. Great game.

Looks like the Protoss have been reworked quite a bit (my favourite race) :(
I seriously hope it's for the better.

But who knows, maybe it will be a great game after all. If it is, I'm quitting WoW :>

Depends.

Really though, I can think of few prospective software developments that would tickle me less than this tidbit of tedium.

OH GOSH. :drunk:

The UEF fleet was wiped out. Who do you think you were fighting against in 90% of the zerg/toss missions?

And of course the UEF back on Earth is fine, the point is that there is no consolidated leadership for humanity in this region of the galaxy. The UEF came to check on their kids and got their jaw stomped, and the Empire or whatever the Korhol government was called was dissolved when the UEF wiped their shit out.
off topic? OMG YOU'VE BEEN CENSORED... yet you're still posting. MYSTARY!!!!

Yeah, the UEF fleet never made it back. The last cutscene shows the zerg fleet blowing them apart even though Kerrigan told them they'd be free to leave for earth.

Rome was awesome, but tw:2 is soooo much better.
Pluss exp. coming this summer/autumn.

Starcraft could never be modernised to much as
the game is played proffesionally by crazy koreans,
and they probably want the new game to continue
the old trend. to much groundbreaking stuff and the
veterans would have to start more or less from scratch.

Zerg blows monkey balls. Zergling rush is such a gay way to win a game.
Terran has most if not all the awesome units; firebats, ghost, the artillery/tank and the battlecruiser. :drunk:

We always had an agreement with my friend, that no rushing. After that things always became very interesting. Funniest way to screw up someones game was to play as protoss and mindcontrol a few other race builders....muahaha...

:joy: Total War 2, ftw! Strategy-musthave

Starcraft 2 is good for e-competition, because the battle.net is the best way for that, also i like that they said, they will improve battle.net, which to me means more fun, also its nice to meet up new playing buddys.

But zerglings are the only thing beeing used.
Goddamn slimy little creeps. Til helvete med dykk!

TW:2 Kingdoms will be awesome though. Four campaigns;
The Americas, Britannia, The Crusades, and The Teutonic Wars,
150 new units, control over more than one army at a time, greek
firethrowers(!), historical hero characters and lots
more. Its like TW:2 just more stuff! :drunk:

After viewing the videos, it looks like they are using an enhanced WC3 engine... Hopefully, it does not feel like Wc3.

Also, noticed this:

Nuke Cola? Is this Blizzard paying homage to Fallout, or are they in cahoots with Beth!? AAIEE! Conspiracy!
There are no 'knowns'. There are thing we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know. So when we do the best we can and we pull all this information together, and we then say well that's basically what we see as the situation, that is really only the known knowns and the known unknowns. And each year, we discover a few more of those unknown unknowns.
